Complaint handling

If you have a problem with a product please try to solve it via our online roadmap, troubleshoot .

Of course it is regretful if you have a complaint about the service provided. However, we kindly request you to inform us of your complaint via our customer service department.
This can be done by email, regular mail and/or telephone.

Our colleagues from the service department will process the complaint and try to find a solution to everyone's satisfaction.
