We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your parcel to you or your neighbours, it will often be delivered to a parcel collection point.

If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.

For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.

We understand that it is very frustrating when a parcel goes missing. For us as well, this involves a lot of work and always comes with costs. We will do our utmost to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please be patient.
