Every refurbished fireplace is thoroughly inspected and comes with a full warranty. We use a grading system to indicate the condition of each fireplace.

• Grade 1: Non-original or damaged packaging  
• Grade 2: Barely visible manufacturing defect or minor damage
• Grade 3: Visible manufacturing defect or damage
• Grade 4: Clearly noticeable manufacturing defect or damage

In most cases, these are returned products that can no longer be sold as new. They may also be second-choice products with cosmetic imperfections or showroom models. 

If you do not mind receiving a fireplace in less-than-perfect packaging, a Grade 1 refurbished fireplace can save you a considerable amount of money. For many customers, Grade 2 products are virtually indistinguishable from first-choice products. 

Whichever grade you choose, every fireplace has been fully tested and inspected and performs just as well as a first-choice product.

Returning refurbished fireplaces

You can also return refurbished products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days. The return conditions are identical to those for first-choice products.
