If the bio-ethanol burner is returned within 30 days, we go through the following steps:

As soon as the bioethanol burner is returned to us, we will check the condition of the product
Damage due to misuse will be charged
You will receive the paid amount (deposit) for the bioethanol burner minus €30.00 for packaging and shipping costs refunded
We do not accept returns of the provided bioethanol (even if the bottles are unopened). The price of 12 liters of bioethanol can be found on our website

An electric fireplace requires a power outlet. Make sure there is a grounded electrical socket available within the media wall. Other than that, no special materials are required..

An electric fireplace installed in a media wall is virtually maintenance-free. However, during installation, ensure that the fireplace can be removed from the media wall in case servicing or repairs are ever needed.

What should I consider when installing a bioethanol corner fireplace in a media wall?

A bioethanol fireplace does not require any electrical, gas, or flue connections when installed in a media wall.

Because a bioethanol fireplace generates significant heat directly around the flames, only heat-resistant materials should be used around the fireplace opening. Using Xaralyn built-in units can make installation in a media wall easier and safer.

Do you install fireplaces at customers' homes?

Xaralyn does not provide installation services directly. However, we can put you in touch with a highly qualified installer who can install a fireplace at any location in the Netherlands or Belgium.
