The Xaralyn bioethanol burner L with ceramic stone is one of the bigger models of our renowned burners. This bioethanol fireplace comes complete with all accessories such as glass plates, lighter, operating sticks, and funnel.
The 5820B and 5820S models have a flat finish on the side. The 5820LB and 5820LS models have an extra edge (lip) to which the tray of the bioethanol burner can be attached during installation.
The bioethanol burners are made of stainless steel. Choose from a brushed finish or a black powder coating.
Buying advice: Using an ethanol fireplace will result in signs of use. If you find this disturbing, choose the brushed stainless steel finish.

Our bioethanol burners work with a patented ceramic stone that absorbs the bioethanol. Once the burner is opened, the ethanol begins to evaporate. The resulting gas ensures a calm, economical combustion that is up to 50% more efficient compared to other ethanol fireplaces where the ethanol burns (boils) directly.
Our bioethanol burners are of very high quality and have been tested as the safest in all tests. The burner has a double-walled stainless steel tray and can only be filled when the burner itself is closed.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
We understand that it is very frustrating when a parcel goes missing. For us as well, this involves a lot of work and always comes with costs. We will do our utmost to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please be patient.
