Flame view
At the centre is an open fire chamber that is clearly recessed relative to the white frame. The back panel and side walls of this fire chamber are black, creating a strong contrast with the white surround and making the flames stand out even more.
At the bottom of the opening, a horizontal line of real flames burns at a low level. The flames vary in height and move gently, creating a natural and lively flame effect. In front of the flames is a transparent glass safety panel, which shields the fire without obstructing the view.
No installation required
A chimney, flue or technical installation is not required. Everything is neatly concealed, giving the design a clean and uncluttered appearance. As a wall-mounted model, the fireplace appears to float on the wall, enhancing its modern and light look.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
We understand that it is very frustrating when a parcel goes missing. For us as well, this involves a lot of work and always comes with costs. We will do our utmost to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please be patient.
