The Xaralyn Lucius LED built-in fireplace fits in almost every Xaralyn fireplace or in your own design. The Lucius is easy to use and gives a realistic fire image. This fire is suitable to fully heat one room in the house. In addition, this decorative fireplace can only be used decoratively, with the power consumption being virtually nil.
Fireplace without drawbacks
An electric fireplace gives the illusion of a real fireplace without the drawbacks. The Lucius LED is particularly energy efficient due to the use of LED lighting and also has a heating function. We are committed to providing fast and effective solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
