Flame effect
At the centre is an open firebox that is clearly recessed in relation to the white frame. The back panel and sides of the firebox are finished in deep black, creating a strong contrast with the white surround. This dark backdrop enhances the visibility of the flames and adds a sense of depth to the fire display.
At the bottom of the firebox are realistically shaped log sets in dark tones with glowing red accents. Between and behind the logs, flames rise that are created from fine water vapour, illuminated by warm orange and yellow LED lighting. This results in a highly realistic flame effect with depth, movement and a gentle flickering appearance. The ‘flames’ move calmly upwards and subtly change shape, closely resembling a real wood fire.
No installation required
This electric wall fireplace does not require a chimney, flue or gas connection. All technology is fully integrated within the unit itself. We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
