The reflection of light from the lamps on the upward swirling water vapor gives the illusion of a flame. This Opti-Myst water vapor fireplace is an electric fireplace where water is evaporated using an ultrasonic vaporizer. This water vapor is not hot and is illuminated by lamps to resemble flames. The heat produced by the lamps is used to make the water vapor rise, thus eliminating the need for an additional heating coil, using less energy, and making the device easier to maintain.
This product consists of an Opti-Myst Cassette 400 plus a separate 'basket'. Therefore, the fireplace can be placed directly into an existing fireplace.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
