The Xaralyn Built-in Profile XL is designed for use in combination with the bioethanol burner XL. The profile protects the project or furniture from the heat generated by the bioethanol burner and facilitates the installation.

The simplest way of installation is to copy the size of the bio-ethanol burner to the project. Mark out about 2 cm wider all around so that the bio-ethanol burner does not touch the wood of the project furniture. Drill a hole in all four corners, big enough for a deli. Cut the opening with a jigsaw. Then fix the passe-partout with a heat-resistant glue and place the bio-ethanol burner.

Even better is to mill the passe-partout. However, this is a bit more difficult.

The built-in profile is delivered including the corresponding bioethanol burner.

Advice: Keep the packaging of your electric or bio-ethanol fireplace. If we need to provide service for this device, it will need to be sent back to us, and packaging material will be required.

We advise you to use a non-combustible material such as Promatect or something similar for your project.
