About your order

The delivery times provided by us are an indication. We do not have our own transport service and therefore depend on an external carrier. During peak times (such as holidays), disasters, or strikes, your order may experience delays.

Delivery Time (Netherlands and Belgium)
Orders are processed immediately after payment. Your order will be ready for shipment no later than the next business day. Package: usual delivery time is 1-3 business days (you will receive a tracking code). Pallet: delivery time is 1-2 weeks (an appointment will be made with you).

If we do not have your entire order or some products from your order in stock, we will inform you immediately by phone or email.

Delivery Times (EU)
Orders are processed immediately after payment. Package: usual delivery time is 3-5 business days (you will receive a tracking code). Pallet: delivery time is 1-2 weeks (an appointment will be made with you).

Delivery

We work with different carriers. The specific carrier that will deliver to you depends on your order. Packages are sent via Sendcloud, and you will receive a notification from Sendcloud when they plan to deliver your order. If you are not at home during the delivery, you can arrange a new delivery appointment with them.

For large items transported on a pallet, a phone appointment will be made with you in advance.

A pallet delivery is standardly handed over to you on the ground floor in front of your residence. Deviating deliveries are only possible upon request, and additional charges may apply.
