This water vapor fireplace is an electric ambiance fireplace where water is evaporated through an ultrasonic vaporizer. The water vapor itself is not hot and is illuminated by lamps, creating the appearance of flames.
The Albany water vapor fireplace features glowing LED-lit wood branches, enhancing its resemblance to a real wood fire. The built-in electric heating element adds to the realism of the fireplace illusion, creating a more authentic experience of an open fire.

The Xaralyn Albany water vapor fireplace is produced by Dimplex. This Opti-Myst water vapor fireplace is slightly different from the Faber Dimplex water vapor fireplace. Higher quality circuit boards guarantee a longer lifespan and fewer malfunctions.
Usage: This water vapor fireplace utilizes a removable water tank that needs to be refilled regularly (approximately every 6-7 hours of use). The water vapor is generated by an ultrasonic vaporizer. Depending on the frequency of use, the vaporizer typically lasts between 6 to 12 months before needing to be replaced.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
You can track your order using the Track & Trace information you receive from us. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your package to you or your neighbors, it is often delivered to a parcel pickup point.
If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted it on your behalf. If the parcel has not been delivered to your neighbors and is not delivered within three days, please contact us. We will then request DPD to start an investigation on your behalf.
For this DPD investigation, we will ask you to complete a DPD form. After that, we kindly ask for your patience. The full DPD investigation process can take up to 6 weeks. If your parcel is not found within this period or DPD cannot prove that it has been delivered, you will receive a replacement delivery from us.
We understand that it is very frustrating when a parcel goes missing. For us as well, this involves a lot of work and always comes with costs. We will do our utmost to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please be patient.
